Recipe: Eggs in a Hole

Breakfast is one of the things I love to cook the most.
I can't remember where I first saw this but here
is how to make my version of Eggs In a Hole

Step 1: Take a piece of bread.
Cut out a hole.
You can use a small cookie cutter, biscuit cutter
or a small juice glass like I've done.

Step 2: Put holey bread in skillet (pre-heated to medium high).
Make sure there is a pat of butter melted in there first.

Step 3: Let bread get golden brown (takes about 2-3 min.).
Flip over bread to let other side get golden too.
Crack a good ol' egg in the middle of that hole.

Step 4: Cook for another 2-3 min. and flip
to get other side of egg nice and sunny.
After you flip, sprinkle on some shredded cheese.
I fancy the mild cheddar myself.

Step 5: Let cheese get all nice and meltie.
Repeat Step 1 to 5 until belly is full.
Enjoy!

Happy Cooking,
