Frugal Recipe: Summertime Cilantro Salsa

It's summertime here and you know what that means...
Salsa time!


Here's what you'll need:

Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Chopped White Onion
1 Can Rotel Diced Tomatoes
1 big handful of chopped cilantro
1/4  to 1/2 of a seeded jalepeno (depending on how spicy you like it)
Juice of 1 Lime
1/2 tsp salt


Put all ingredients into a small food processor.
Pulse until smooth.

Tip: If you like chunky salsa, drain your can of tomatoes
before putting the ingredients into the processor. 

Enjoy!
Goes good with a shredded chicken quesadilla
 as a quick weeknight meal!
