Thanks to a new bill that is expected to be signed next week,

consumers who pay cash will be rewarded.

Here's the lowdown:

-Processing Fees are escalating for Merchants

-To bypass the fees, Merchants will be able to set a $10 minimum on credit-card purchases

-If Consumer pays in Cash, merchant will offer cash paying savings
