Perfect Banana Bread Everytime
1/2 cup butter (room temperature)
1 cup sugar
3 bananas (ripe)
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix together eggs, butter, bananas and sugar until smooth.
Add flour one cup at a time to mixture until fully encorporated.
Add baking soda and mix in.
Lastly, add in vanilla.
Pour into loaf pan.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour for full size loaf pan
Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes for mini loaf pans
*Check for doneness by inserting toothpick in center
should come out clean
