Frugal Recipe: Whole Wheat & Oatmeal Pancakes

We often have breakfast for dinner at our house.
Here's a frugal recipe that I've come up with...


Ingredients:

1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour - .20
1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats - .15
1 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon baking powder - .10
3 Tablespoons Honey - .25
3 Tablespoons Canola Oil - .20
1 Cup Fat Free Sour Cream - .75
1/2 Cup Water
1 Egg - .20

Total Cost - $1.80

 


Directions:

Combine all the dry ingredients.
  Combine all the wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
Pour wet ingredients into the dry and mix until well combined.
Scoop 1/4 cup batter onto grill pan or hot skillet.

Makes 10-12 pancakes.
