Sweet Treat Recipe: Monkey Bread

Recipe from the amazing: Pioneer Woman Cooks!

Here we go...

Gather Ingredients: 
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar (I used light)
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
2 sticks Butter
3 cans of Biscuits (I used buttermilk Grands Jr.)
2 teaspoons of Ground Cinnamon
Bundt Cake Pan




Directions:

Un-"pop" your cans of biscuits
Cut each biscuit into quarters


Then you'll have mountains of biscuit triangles like this.



Mix up 1 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon together in a small mixing bowl


Combine the biscuit triangles and cinnamon/sugar mixture into a gallon size plastic bag



Place all the yummy delicious cinnamon/sugar coated biscuit triangles in your sprayed bundt pan.



Melt two sticks of butter over medium heat


Mix in 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar once butter is melted.



Pour over cinnamon/sugar biscuits and put into oven.

Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or golden brown on top.
