Thrifty Recipe: Crockpot Shredded Chicken

This is incredibly easy!
 All you need is what you already have on hand!

Gather together:
Small crockpot
Frozen chicken breasts or tenders
 1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder

Throw it all in the crockpot.
I fill mine 3/4 full of chicken breast tenders.
Turn it on High.
Put the lid on and let it go for about 3 or 3 1/2 hours.
Once you smell the chicken, it's pretty much done.
Take out the chicken and shred with two forks.
Chop up.

I portion mine out into two cup baggies for later use.
Keeps up to three months in the freezer!
